As Director of Membership at the Design Leadership Network, Sydney spent a decade recruiting the industry’s top architects and designers into one of the most respected professional communities — working directly with firm principals and business owners to ensure they were meeting the right people and building relationships to better their businesses. She went on to serve as National Sales Manager at Holland & Sherry, working across showrooms throughout the US and internationally to drive growth for the brand.

A native of Bronxville, New York and a graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South, Sydney began her career working alongside Becky Birdwell — building the foundation for the strategic, relationship-driven work they continue together today.
